| MFL is a leading, established and innovative manufacturers' representative serving the Southeastern United States power transmission, bearing and industrial products markets. The company was founded in 1961 by Mahx F. Linster with the goal of providing high quality, professional representation for its Principals. Mahx was joined in the business by his son Gale in 1962. Gale continued to run the company after his father's death and up until his retirement in 1999. Today, the company is lead by Kenneth Blank, a former national sales manager for a major Power Transmission manufacturer and long time employee of MFL.
Throughout its history, the company's goal has stayed the same, to provide value added sales and technical support for our factories, distributors, and OEM's. We pride ourselves in the long term relationships that have been established with our Principals, Customers, and Employees. |
| The company is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, where it operates from a 15,000 square foot facility that includes warehousing, customer service and our main office. Sales offices are also maintained in Charlotte, NC, Birmingham, AL, and Charleston, SC.
Approximately 70% of our sales are through distribution and 30% OEM direct. We have considerable experience selling the diversity of products represented and have excellent management systems in place to assure continued growth in the future. |
